Trader Vic's Chicken Salad



CHICKEN SALAD
Trader Vic's Copycat Recipe

Serves 6-8

Salad:
4 to 5 cups diced cooked chicken
1 cup sliced water chestnuts
1 1/2 cups pineapple tidbits, drained
1 cup sliced celery
1/2 cup sliced green onions
1/2 cup slivered almonds

Dressing:
3/4 cup sour cream
3/4 cup mayonnaise
4 tablespoons Major Grey's chutney
1 teaspoon curry
1 can Chinese noodles

Combine chicken mixture and dressing 1 hour before serving. Add noodles just prior to serving. Serve on a bed of lettuce.
