Tommy Bahama Vodka Cocktails


A BERRY PEACHY DAY
2 parts Absolut Apeach Vodka
1/2 part simple syrup
1/2  part sour mix
3 strawberries
1 part lemon-lime soda

Muddle sliced strawberries. Add vodka, simple syrup and sour mix. Mix and serve with ice, top with lemon-lime soda.



BE MY CLEMENTINE
1 part Grey Goose L'Orange
1/2 part Cointreau
1 part fresh lemon juice
1 part simple syrup
1 part muddled clementine
1 1/2  parts sparkling wine
1 mint sprig
Muddle clementine sections with lemon juice, add remaining ingredients, shake with ice until chilled, strain into collins glass and garnish with a mint sprig and clementine rind peels.


Simple syrup:
1 cup water
1 cup sugar
Combine ingredients in a saucepan over low heat and simmer for 30 minutes. Set aside to cool.




CHOCOLATE RASPBERRY MARTINI
3 parts Stoli Chocolat Razberi
1 1/2 parts light creme de cacao
5 raspberries

Muddle 3 raspberries with light creme de cacao.  Add vodka. Shake all ingredients well with ice, double strain into martini glass and garnish with 2 fresh raspberries.





CRUSH and BLUSH
2 parts Grey Goose L'Orange Vodka
1/2 part Orange Curacao
1/2 part sour mix
1/2 part blood orange syrup (recipe below)
1/2 part orange juice
1/2 part orange blossom honey

Pour all ingredients into a mixing glass. Shake with ice to chill and strain into a chilled martini glass rimmed with sugar in the raw.


Blood Orange Syrup:
Dilute Perfect Puree 1:1 with water. Perfect Puree® is available to purchase on line at perfectpuree.com or at Whole Foods Markets.



EASY DOES IT
2 parts fresh watermelon juice
2 1/2 parts vodka
1/2 part honey
1/2 part orange juice
1 part grapefruit soda

Add all ingredients together. Mix and strain over ice into glass. Garnish with cubes of watermelon.




KEY LIME COCKTAIL
1 1/2 parts vodka
1/2 part Cointreau
1 part Hibiscus Syrup (recipe below)
1 part pineapple juice
1 part hand-pressed key lime juice
5 cubes muddled fresh pineapple

Mix all ingredients together, strain into a tall Collins glass and garnish with 3 floating key lime wheels.


Hibiscus Syrup:
1 cup water
1 cup sugar
¾ cup hibiscus
Heat water and sugar in a small pot until sugar has melted. Remove from heat, add hibiscus and steep for 10 minutes. Remove hibiscus and cool.




THE BIG KICKER
2 parts vodka
1/2 part St-Germain
1 part sour mix
2 slices of jalapeño
1 part soda water

Muddle 1 slice of jalapeño in the sour mix, add vodka and St-Germain liqueur. Add ice and mix. Pour into glass, garnish with a jalapeño slice.
