Grilled Potatoes, Roma Tomatoes, Crispy Shiitake Mushrooms,and Grilled Steak in a Garlic Aïoli, Tamarind Vinaigrette

Tommy Bahama Copycat Recipe

Garlic Aioli Vinaigrette:
1 egg white
5 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4  teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/2 cu olive oil


In a blender or food processor, combine egg white, garlic, vinegar, salt and mustard. With machine running, add olive oil 1 tablespoon at a time. Makes 1/2 cup.
